Pageant Information
- Open to all NC residents, pageants are held for various age groups.
- Contestant Categories are split into two separate pageant times AM & PM to accomedate and allow ample space for contestants.
- AM - Baby Miss, Toddler Miss, Mini Miss and Junior Miss categories.
- PM - Pre-Teen Miss, Teen Miss and Miss Categories.
- Winners of preliminaries are not apart of the MHNC Court.
- One chaperone per contestant allowed in the dressing room at any given time.
- Accomedations can be made if notified in advance if chaperone is male and is assisting Contestant.
- Staff will be on hand to assist with contestants needs.
- Walking patterns are provided and required to be followed when on stage.
- Proper presentation and behavior is asked at all times during the pageant.
- Speaking or contacting judges prior, during and after the pageant about scores or contestants prohibited.
- Staff withholds the right to ask chaperone and contestant to exit pageant if improper presentation or behavior is exhibited.
Awards Information
- Preliminary titles, Photogenic awards, and various optional awards are granted to wining contestants.
- Overall, Supreme, Grand Supreme and Ultimate Grande Supreme Titles may be given. (Subject to change)
- Double crowning may occur if there is an eccess of contestants in a single category. (Subject to change)
- Awards consist of Crowns, Sashes, Medals, Plaques and Trophies. (Subject to change)
- Contestants may recieve a voucher for a discounted amout for the year end MHNC competion.
- Winners of the MHNC Preliminary take an onstage photo with the MHNC Lifetime Ambassadors before exiting the stage.
